The Lone Pine Mountain Haus... is minutes from the center of Mt Shasta City. Located on 2.5 arces with pine trees, there is privacy and beautiful views of Mt Eddy and the surrounding valley. A quick walk down the driveway will provide beautiful views of Mt Shasta. You will be close to dining, the movie theater, local shopping, and all the outdoor activities that draw people to the area. |

About the Lone Pine Mountain Haus... The Lone Pine Mountain Haus is aproximately 2900 square feet and it is located on 2.5 acres. The first floor has radient granate heated floors and a wood stove. There are two bedrooms on the first floor along with a full bath ajoining these bedrooms. There is a mud room with a washer and dryer and a half bath. This is the great room for keeping those golf clubs and skies for the group. The Kitchen...This is a state of the art gourmet kitchen with all the conviences. There are large island with a granite counter top,2 sinks, a microwave, 6 burner range, frig, pots, pans,bakeware and flatware for you create that meal for the hungry crowd. There is a large gas stainless steel BBQ available on an outdoor covered patio for you outdoor cooking needs. A large picnic table that seats 6-8 is located on the patio off the livingroom for enjoyable outdoor dining. The Living Room... This is a great room flooded with light from many windows facing the South. There is a door leading to the outdoor patio from the livingroom. Enjoy the open ceiling area off the livingroom which gives this home that wide open feel. Enjoy a fire in the wood stove in this great room on those winter nights. There is a large HD flat screen TV with Dish satellite service, a DVD palyer and a CD palyer in the living room. The Bedrooms...There is a total of 3 bedrooms at the Haus. All bedroom are supplied with luxury linens and down comforters. There are two bedrooms downstairs with a queen size bed in each and a full bathroom with two sinks and a shower/tub that these bedrooms share. The Dining Room... The formal dining area off the kitchen and living room gives you that Tuscan feel. There is a large dining table that will seat 8. There is another small outdoor patio area off the dining room that will provide outdoor enjoyment and privacy. |

The Mt Shasta Board and Ski Park is located 15 minutes from the Haus. All you have to do is drive East on Highway 89 and follow the signs. Quick and easy ...the way you like it! The Nordic Center ~ Located on the Ski Park Highway where you can enjoy miles of groomed trails Snowshoeing ~ This activity can be enjoyed all over this area. One of our favorite places to snowshoe are the local golf courses when they are blanketed in snow. There are no crowd here! Snowmobiling ~ Bring your own or rent locally...there are trails located in the Medicine Lake area, up Highway 97 at Deer Mountain and up the Ski Park Highway. The possibilities are endless! Sledding ~ Go East on highway 89 and head toward the Mt Shasta Ski Park. When you get to the left turn off to the Ski Park, look to your right and this area is called Snowman's Hill. You will see many families sledding in this area on a winter day.

The Mt Shasta Resort ~ enjoy this beautiful 18 hole golf course that is only a 10 minute drive from the Haus The McCloud Golf Course ~ This beautiful 9 hole golf gem has spectacular views of Mt Shasta and retains the small town golf feel. The Weed Golf Course ~ Another 9 hole golf course with the rural feel. The terrain is quite challenging! The Lake Shastina Resort Golf Course ~ a sprawling 18 hole course with panoramic views of Mt Shasta The Lake Shastina Scottish Golf Course ~ This 9 hole course is located in the Lake Shastina Resort. It is a great course to walk and enjoy the quiet solitude of this beautiful area.
